Welcome to Via Nortada Vineyard Estate, a private outdoor sanctuary designed for intimate gatherings. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests, please review our policies carefully.

• Maximum of 50 guests.
   
• We host a limited number of events each year to maintain an exclusive and intimate experience.

• Standard event hours are 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM.
   
• Music and amplified sound are permitted until 10:00 PM.
   
• Setup and teardown must occur within the reserved hours.

• Only the outdoor areas of the estate are available for events.
   
• The home’s interior is not available for guests.

• The pool may be used for events with prior approval.
   
• Guests must sign a waiver for pool access.
   
• Pool supervision is the responsibility of the event host.

• Standard trash removal is included in all bookings.
   
• Events are responsible for returning the space to the condition at the start of the rental.

• All vendors (caterers, photographers, florists, rentals, etc.) must be approved in advance.
   
• Any deliveries must be scheduled within your event time.

• Alcohol is permitted, but must comply with all local laws.
   
• Hosts are responsible for ensuring responsible consumption.
   
• Liability for alcohol-related incidents rests with the host.

• Event insurance is required for all gatherings.
   
• Via Nortada Vineyard Estate is not liable for accidents, injuries, or personal property loss.

• Dates are secured with a signed agreement and retainer.
   
• Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to terms outlined in the venue agreement.

• Fire pits, candles, or open flames are by request only and must comply with safety guidelines.
   
• Amplified music, decorations, and equipment setup must adhere to local noise and safety regulations.
